If a consultation is the first step, an EMJAC representative will provide assistance with recommendations to simply tighten specifications, or with feedback on how to best make your idea work.
When the project begins, shop drawings are normally completed within three days. And, during the fabrication phase, the client receives proactive updates and notification of the scheduled ship date. Once the product is shipped, confirmation and tracking data is provided.
Your inside EMJAC representative will follow-up when the project is onsite and installed to assure that the quality and service met or exceeded expectations.
